"Boss" seems to be the word of the day. She keeps spelling it too. Looks like I am going to have to rework this heirarchy so that I am the boss of everyone.

Maybe you should teach her what a CEO, Chairman of the Board, President, CFO and COO are....and then tell her they are bigger than the "boss" and you are all of those of the Chambers family :). How's your dad?
Poor Oliver, where is he going to fit in on Chloe's hierarchy? Will he take orders from Flash?
